Privacy Protocol
// Last updated: 2026-05-11
This document explains what data CoreSyndicate collects, why we collect it, where it lives, and what rights you hold over it. Plain language. No legal theatre.
What we collect
- Booking + briefing forms. Name, email, phone, business stage, project scope. Submitted voluntarily when you initiate contact.
- Email correspondence. Replies sent to contact@mg.coresyndicate.io are stored in our CRM.
- Site analytics. Page paths and aggregate traffic via Cloudflare. No personally identifying browsing data.
Where it lives
- HighLevel (GoHighLevel). Primary CRM for contact records, pipelines, and engagement history.
- Cloudflare. Edge hosting and request analytics.
- Workspace email. Direct correspondence under
mg.coresyndicate.io.
Third-party integrations
If you book a strategy call, our scheduling layer routes through HighLevel's calendar widget at web.coresyndicate.io. If you join the HighLevel Accelerator via our affiliate link, the referral attribution flows through GoHighLevel's affiliate system.
Cookies
We use first-party cookies for session continuity (mute state, scroll progress) and Cloudflare's standard performance cookies. No third-party advertising trackers.
Your rights
Email contact@mg.coresyndicate.io to request: a copy of your data, deletion of your record, or correction of any field. Response within 7 business days.
Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade contact data. We share only with sub-processors required to deliver the service (HighLevel, Cloudflare, our scheduling/calendar provider). All sub-processors are bound by their own DPAs.
Changes to this protocol
If we materially change how data is handled, this page is updated and the "Last updated" date above is bumped. Substantive changes are disclosed via email to active client contacts.
